B&B special conference price
The B&B in town has agreed to offer a special rate for our conference. $110 plus tax. You can book online and mention the conference in the remarks section, or you can call to reserve.
Parking
We’ve gotten some questions about parking. There are paid parking spaces (not too expensive) during the day on Thursday and Friday, but you can get free parking in some lots after 5 (and very close to the building after 7), and free parking all day Saturday. We are trying to arrange parking permits–hopefully will know something soon. Parking is included if you stay at the Student Center Hotel, and that is very close, so you can walk.

Hotel and travel information
Our WordPress conference site now has pages for hotel and travel information. Some blocks of rooms have been reserved for the conference–mention the conference when you make your reservation. Note that the deadline for the Best Western is approaching quite quickly.
Be aware that the Student Center Hotel is very near the Music Instruction Building, where most events will be taking place, and it is a very short walk.
Update about submission review and programming
